Our apartments are ideally located for an active summer holiday. In just 10 minutes you can get to the Tyrolean Zugspitzbahn cable car on Germany’s highest mountain. The Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena offers countless hiking trails, breathtaking fixed-rope climbing routes and crystal clear bathing lakes.

If you feel like relaxing, you can use our sun loungers, parasols, pavilion and terrace – our library will provide you with plenty of reading material.

Our apartments are situated at the foot of the Zugspitz mountain, providing the ideal starting point for your ski and winter holiday.

There are so many ways to enjoy the winter scenery and the wide range of sporting activities in the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena: Tobogganing, skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowshoe hiking, and much more. There is no need to worry about the lack of snow! Our apartments are close to many modern ski areas.
